New help line serves Spanish speakers
To better serve as many stakeholders as possible, CMSD’s
Customer Care Center now offers a direct line to bilingual operators who will
assist callers in Spanish.
Callers who require assistance in Spanish may call
216-838-0001 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. English speakers can
call 216-838-0000 during the same hours.
